Critical Care Update on Nephrology 2013

March is now considered internationally as the Kidney Month. SSCCEM started the month in style by organising its unique CME program on five vital organs dedicating this one to KIDNEY. We had the best teaching talents in the field in Sri Lanka to discuss how to handle Acute Kidney Injury in critically ill. The topics were fresh and current and the audience packed beyond 100 participants with many consultants among them were very appreciative. We are very happy and proud as we see SSCCEM going from strength to strength aptly commented by a participating consultant who was a ex council member. So we really mean it when we say that we lead and others follow ……

Thank you to all the lecturers for all the hard work to make wonderful presentations. We thank Prof. Rizvi Sheriff for gracing the occasion and participating in it right throughout and that really raised our program to greater heights. For those who missed it for many reasons, we invite you to join us next time as we love to share the abundance of knowledge distributed and the more we do the more we live up to our mission “the pulse of the critically ill”.
